Studios 3+4 together are one of the largest single studios in Manhattan without columns. It’s dramatically high ceilings, spellbinding windows and built in truss have made it one of the most in-demand spaces for New York’s top fashion shows, film festivals, galas, up-fronts, and conferences. The roof-hatch allows for crane-lifted cars to be brought in for automotive shoots or events. And the combined studio has access to our largest private greenroom complete with full marble shower and bath, model sinks, vanities and a fishbowl view into the combined space. ​
