The Spring Place main dining room is an ideal space for hosting larger receptions during the day or night. The restaurant is located on floor six down a set of stairs to give the entrance importance. It is across the hall from the largest studios in the building — 3, 4 and 5 often used in combination. The restaurant faces East with 13-foot ceilings and massive pivot windows to let the outside in.  ​

The perimeter contains two private dining rooms, a music room and a sunken living room which are also rentable spaces.​

​The menu was designed by executive chef Fabio Bano who brings the restaurant his Italian influence mixed with a farm to table sensibility.
